Unless otherwise stated or pre-agreed all bookings must be secured with a deposit, the amount of which will be specified before you proceed with a booking.


Within 7 calendar days of confirming your booking with your deposit, we will give you a 100% refund regardless of your reason for cancelling.

However after the 7 days cooling period your deposit becomes non-refundable

Interim Payments and Balance due

Before making a booking, you will be advised of how much your deposit will be and a payment schedule will be issued advising you of how much your interim payments will be and when they will be due plus the date and amount for your final balance due.

Any Interim Payments and Final Balance Due Payments made to Butlers Buses are non-refundable once they are paid.

Package Tours Deposits, interim payments and balances due are treated separately for package tours as hotels, golf clubs, attractions, etc all have their own policies and you will be advised accordingly. However it is fair to assume that once a payment is made then it will be non-refundable.


All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or fax. Failure to do so could render you liable for any outstanding balances.
